Thea Raskin is a creative executive recruiter, leadership and career coach, Forbes.Jobs Founding Recruiter, and Founder/CEO of The Inventory, a People Consultancy founded in 2016, that is focused on helping people develop the skills to navigate their creative and professional careers.
Her combined 20 year career in advertising, design, recruitment and coaching has provided her with the expertise to advise and coach professionals on a myriad of challenges organizations and talent face in recruitment, retention and “upleveling.”
She is known for her honesty and transparency, eye for creative talent, who she knows, and ability to think big picture on all that is possible for a talent’s career and a company’s culture.
